The entire guesthouse - and all bedrooms - is a smoke-free zone. Should a guest smoke in a bedroom or cause any damage to the property, the guesthouse reserves the right to charge an amount as a contribution to the cost of having to book out a new arrival and/or the cost of repairing/cleaning the room- minimum charge €150.
